Updated generator

Now the old Hugo site is replaced by Gatsby and a combination of markdown and React on TypeScript.

I don't fancy myself a designer but at the same time I didn't want to take an off the shelf theme, so the result is a reflection of that. 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, just wanted to take this post to give a little shoutout to that approach which is very nice and more in line with the tech I've been working with (without a real backend though).

Hugo was faster to get up and running but Gatsby was way more fun!
